Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please remove all trash bags and place them in the outdoor dumpster.
Place all used towels on the laundry room floor. Place any dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and throw away any used Keurig cups.
Log out of any online streaming services. Lock all exterior doors and set the thermostat for 74 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This VBRO was absolutely incredible. The home was very clean, beautiful and exceeded all of our expectations. Shout out to Jesse (property management) who did an amazing job - answering all my questions promptly, making sure all of our needs were met. I can't say enough about our stay. You guys hit it out of the park!
