The kitchen and dining area are completely remodeled with modern style furniture and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped & features a ceramic countertop electric stove. The home offers complimentary Hi-Speed Internet access(Wifi). The dining area also features a two-seat breakfast bar and a dining table equipped with benches and chairs. All bedrooms have large closeted space for extra storage. There is also a queen-sized sleeper sofa located in the lower level living room for additional sleeping space. The backyard opens to a private deck that overlooks the beautiful 128- acre lake, Lake Carobeth. The backyard contains a gas grill, modern patio furniture, a fire pit for those late evening bon-fires and a dock on your very own private beach. Every detail has been worked out so that you may experience a modern style atmosphere while retaining the feel of the country. All the amenities this home offers will lead to a vacation of comfort, relaxation and great memories!

Other things to note

Short term renters will not have access to the laundry room (less than 7 days). Pillows and linens are provided in this rental; however, bath and beach towels are NOT. Cleaning Fee: $120 Minimum stay is 2 nights ( except for holidays; min 3 nights) Security Deposit: $400 ***Renters must be 25+ years of age; A form of ID will be requested by owners prior to arrival for confirmation.

Once a booking is reserved, a manual and other terms and conditions will be emailed to the renter.

Recommendations:
- bring extra towels and a robe for the hot tub :)
- bring firewood for fire pit and fireplace. Would recommend duraflame logs which burn longer and cleaner.
- regular drip coffee with disposable filters. Bring ground coffee.
