Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Set Central Air Conditioning to 78 degrees.
Place remote controls, keys (for home / golf cart) and garage door opener in their designated containers.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We are residents of Englewood. We love the small town feel and relaxed beach vibe here in the Olde Englewood Village area. We created The Sweet Spot with the intent of sharing all of the things that we love about Olde Englewood with our guests.

This neighborhood has an old Florida feeling. It's history as a fishing village, easy access to Dearborn Street's shopping, restaurants and festivals, and the surrounding local nature parks make it a beautiful setting to escape the fast pace of the outside world.
What makes this property unique
Our property is a setting that will enable you to have the full "Englewood Experience." Local Restaurants, festivals and Farmers Markets, and water sports on Lemon Bay are all there to enjoy. These are all easily accessible by golf cart or bicycle. However, if you wish to explore the nearby areas such as Venice, FL and Manasota Key, they are also close by.
