My family and I arrived to an easy check in, this unit has fantastic views from the 30th floor. A clean and tidy unit equipped with everything needed for our stay. Very close to Cavill Avenue, beach etc, all with easy access. Woollies very close for supplies. A great spot for families, enjoyed our stay, the outdoor pool renovations will look great once completed, look forward to coming back.
We had a magnificent week long stay in this apartment with our 3 children. The view was amazing! The apartment was spacious enough for our family of 5.
We have stayed in dozens of different apartments in Surfers Paradise over the years and this is up there with the best. The apartment was clean, comfortable couches, aircon in each room, well equipped kitchen, great outdoor pools and just across the road from stunning, patrolled beach.
Located close to shops and everything you need. A week wasn’t long enough and we will definitely be back!

Great location, clean and modern
We loved our short stay! the apartment had everything we needed, located in perfect spot for shopping and days at the beach. unfortunately the weather wasn't the best but the indoor heated pool was an added bonus! we will definitely book to stay again.
only thing we could fault was the single beds in 2nd bedroom, as they have trundle beds under them it made them very high off the ground for our young children. so we just transferred the bed sheets to trundles as were closer to the ground only to find they move about very easily as don't have a lock on the wheels. nothing we couldn't sort out in the end though
We had an amazing 6 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the location, the view of the ocean and the close proximity to everything. Well maintained building and 4 lifts all in working order. The apartment was well furnished. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need.
The only negative feedback I have for the owner is he/she needs to buy a new vacuum cleaner FAST. The current one is around 20 years old and has no wheels and is sticky tape together. Other than that 100/100.

Too many things did not work.
Too many things either did not work or were dirty.
For example:
1. Second bedroom had a lot of dirt under the beds.
2. Blanket and coverlets were both dirty
3. Air conditioning remote did not work.
4. The bulb in the lamp did not work
5. Main bedroom, coverlets were dirty.
6. Lounge room, lamp is broken
7. Light bulb on the deck was missing its cover.
8. Non stop noise during the day from the major re-build/renovation in the ground front area. It was stated that the area was 'under maintenance' if I am not mistaken, these were major dusty, noisy works, not maintenance, making it impossible to sit out on the deck any time of the day.
Anyhow, that's enough of a list, I would give our stay 3 out of 5.
Beautiful apartment with amazing views. Will stay again. The resort has renovations happening so no outside pools or gardens available until mid December so that part could be a bit disappointing for some.
On continuing our stay at this unit as we relocated from a unit upstairs as it was already booked out . This apartment was lovely as well also its close to all the cavil ave markets and transport. We were lucky to stay in this apartment for a week, with walking distance to the beach, cafes, bars and shopping.
Easy check-in and check-out process -- were very helpful when any questions were asked!

A beautifully appointed unit with amazing views and wrap around balcony. Has everything you need for a perfect break, long or short term. Great facilities available in the complex. Close to the heart of the Gold Coast. Would have loved to have stayed longer. Highly recommended.

The property is located on the 30th Floor with beautiful views to the north and south and below to the beach, as the pictures describe. The tram can take you to many places including now to the train connection to Brisbane and beyond. The tram is yet to be extended to the Gold Coast airport. We only used the car to travel to the hinterland. While it rained for a few days, having a sea view made even the wet weather and people movement, enjoyable. We had a few unexpected maintenance issues which were unforeseen by us or the managing agents. What impressed us was how quickly the issues was managed to minimise any inconvenience. This happening on a Saturday evening when in many situations one could have expected to wait until Monday for any service call. Super service and care to ensure the property owner and the guests were protected and not inconvenienced. We loved our stay and would be recommending this apartment to family and friends.
Superb property. Clean, airy and spacious with fantastic views of the beach. Can't get a better location directly across the road from the beach which makes for easy access with kids. Only a few blocks to Cavill Ave and all the cafes, restaurants and surf club. The complex was very well kept with clean pools, garden areas and tennis courts. Highly recommend.
The apartment looks exactly as it does in the photos and we loved the amazing views which was different everyday. A very clean and comfortable unit and walking distance to all the cafe and restaurants and so close to the beautiful beach. Having the secured parking space was great. We'll be back again and definitely spread the word.

Amazing Views & Perfect Location
If you're wanting an apartment with everything plus perfect views and close to Cavill Ave, you have your self a winner.
This property certainly rates as 10 stars. We could not fault a single thing while staying here. We are a family of 4 with 2 children aged 3 and 18months and we were able to have a fantastic holiday but still have access to our own kitchen facilities/laundry facilities when needed and also a free car parking slot!
We hired a car for the duration of our stay but it wasn't needed as this apartment is very central to everything. It's only about a 3 min walk to Cavill Ave and all the shops / restaurants it has on offer, a 30 second walk to the beach and the tram stop is about 1 min away..
The views from this apartment are absolutely phenomenal with both ocean and city views.
If you're looking for an apartment with everything needed, don't look any further! This place will NOT DISAPPOINT :)

Beautiful Views
This apartment is comfortable and nicely furnished but what sets it apart is the amazing ocean views! The location is convenient - right by the beach and very close to all the Surfers Paradise shops and restaurants. We really appreciated how easy it was to get the key to the apartment.
