Whether you prefer inshore or offshore fishing and diving you are only a 5 minute boat ride away from the Atlantic Ocean or the Gulf of Mexico . No need to pay extra to keep your boat in the water . Property has a 60ft. dock with a permanent 33ft. boat so any boat 25ft. or under can be accommodated. Bring your boat or rent one for the perfect tropical experience.
