About this property

Renovated condo-hotel with great beach, chairs, beds, shades provided for free. Starbucks at lobby, convenience store 24/7 across the street.
12 minutes from the airport and a few minutes from malls and heart of hotel zone where the night life takes action.
The studio is recently renovated with limited ocean and lagoon view located at the best beach aerea. No kitchen but small fridge and microwave are provided. Wifi, Tv with Roku streaming. Two restaurants across the street, and one by the beach really close. Or you can choose to buy the all inclusive bracelet for around $90 usd per day per person and get unlimited drinks and food.
Spa, Gym, beach volley, ping pong.
If you want to do activities, tours operators pick you up at lobby in most of them, and I can provide you with discounts coupons.

All inclusive

The property was clean , decor was ok . The only issue the resort is one hundred percent all inclusive. The only option was to pay the $90.00 per person per day. They would not allow you to purchase anything , even a glass of ice . We are adventurous so we did most of time traveling by bus at one half hour to the centro district area . The staff from the resort would look at your wrist band and the wound just look away like you were an outsider, not very friendly. Condo staff were friendly and helpful when needed. Overall we spent little time at resort, it was a clean place to sleep. You got what you paid for. Not all bad .

Great facility awesome beach

Loved my stay loved the room coffee shop the gym and the beach and how easy it was to get around with the red buses. Top notch experience.

This was our first time coming to Cancun and Studio 2 was a great base camp. Clean, quiet, well-appointed and on the southern end of the Hotel Zone. We wanted to be pool bums so we purchased the all-inclusive bracelets and enjoyed the swim up bar and lobby bar most days. Host was awesome in helping us arrange for transportation and deliveries.
