Step into the living area with its gleaming hardwood floors and wall of windows offering spectacular vistas where you can watch TV and warm up by the gas fireplace. Pack in your own supplies and create homemade meals in the gorgeous, well-equipped kitchen, or head outside and fire up the gas grill for warm weather cookouts.

A shared pool and tennis courts are available at Gypsum Creek Golf Club for a small fee.

Located less than 40 miles west of renowned Vail and 32 miles from Beaver Creek, your stay at this gorgeous home will put you just a short drive from world-class resorts for seasonal activities like skiing, hiking, and rafting. Red Mountain and Tenmile Peak hover over the rim of the valley, and there are miles of trails for the ATV, hikers, and mountain bikers. The Eagle River close by where you can throw a fishing line, meander in a kayak, or shoot the rapids in a raft. Of course, the beautiful greens of the Gypsum Creek Golf Course beckon just beyond your door, so be sure to book a tee time or two during your getaway.

Things to know:
This is a shared property with a full time tenant living in the basement. The tenant does not have access to the main home.
Please note that guests only have access to the golf course if they have purchased a round of golf. Otherwise, they should not be on the golf course.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
