Very convenient location to Foothills Mall, La Encantada, NW hospital, shopping, restaurants, movie theater, Omni National golfcourse and spa as well as other local golf properties, and easy access to 1-10. Backyard has covered patio, pool, open space with no homes directly behind and mountain views! This home has a cozy, laid back feel and is great for outdoor bbqs and family get togethers.

This ideal location is perfect for those looking to get outdoors for hiking, biking, golf, or just to enjoy the beautiful weather. If indoor activities are more your style then you will not be disappointed at the close proximity to local shops, commercial businesses, and familiar amenities like target, grocery stores, and malls. Catch a movie at the newly remodeled AMC theatre down the street which features assigned seating with reclining chairs and a full bar!
