We retired and moved to the Keys 7 years ago! We spend our time either sailing around the Bahama and Florida coast, traveling around the USA with our travel trailer, hopping a flight to somewhere new or enjoying the water activities from our home here at Kawama Suntastic! So much to see and so many adventures to experience, we never sit still long! While we are away exploring, we love to share our home! We know a lot about the activities and restaurants in the Keys and always happy to provide advice and suggestions when asked!

Why they chose this property

Every time we came to Florida, we always took a side trip to the Keys! When it came time to retire, we thought why not move to where we vacation! We both fell in love with Kawama as soon as we saw the salt water lagoon, the tropical vibe, and the waterfront! It is a perfect place to live as it is in the heart of a Key Largo, centrally located to everything! The sunsets are plentiful!

What makes this property unique

Absolutely the salt water lagoon! We are STEPS from the salt water lagoon which is home to many tropical fish and makes a great place for snorkeling. This property is also located very close to the pool and chickee! It is short walk to the on property beach and rock point going out into the ocean as well! Our condo is nicely updated and completely stocked with everything g you need for your vacation. Just bring personal items and food!
