Great Location...not so great house

The location was great - right on the ICW and a close walk to the beach. The house itself has some serious foundation issues. The whole house slopes, water runs off the side of the countertops, the dishwasher door falls down when opened, etc. There were little black dog hairs everywhere when we checked in. They had to send a housekeeper out again to clean it while we were there. The couches are stained and in bad shape. Lastly, the AC could not keep the house cool during the day. We had to keep the blinds closed all the time or the temp would rise quickly. Overall, not the best stay.
