Perfect spot a block from the best beaches in Newport! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and Justin the host was very accommodating. He even ordered more sand toys, since some of them have been broken and our four-year-old was super excited for a beach day (in February- we had a heat wave and were able to get in the ocean!). From the 4 nice chairs, 4 beach towels and plenty of boogie boards, the house had all we needed for a beach trip! The beds were very comfortable in the linens clean, it was also very nice to have a dishwasher as well as the laundry in the kitchen as we were about five days in on a trip and it was nice to be able to wash a few items to get us to the end of our trip. I would highly recommend this house and the host was very responsive and super helpful for the needs that we had. Even after our trip! Much appreciated!
