NEW:SUPERB LARGE STONE PROPERTY WITH STUNNING VIEWS ON COUNTRYSIDE, LAKE AND SEA
My property is located on one of the most beautiful hills of the French riviera, in the quiet and residential area of Le Tignet .
It is composed of a 250 sq meters recently renovated stone house, of a large secluded pool and sauna, and of a large patio surrounding the house and opening on a 3500 sq meters provençal garden in restanques (terraces) with olive trees and mediterranean plants. No noise apart from birds, cicadas and cockrow.
The house is South exposed with sun/light all day. There are large and comfortable reception rooms with high ceilings, beams, chimney - The furniture and decoration are natural and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious - All of them facing the spectacular views on hills, lake and sea. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bathroom and terrace/balcony.
The neighbourhood is very quite yet friendly . All amenities (shops, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, ... are at a few minutes walk from the house, heading down in the valley.
The old and typical village of le Tignet is the departure point of unforgetable walks/bike rides in the mimosa hills of the Tanneron, by the lake of Saint cassien, the cliffs and caves of St Cézaire. Other attractions include the touristical villages of Cabris, Grasse, Valbonne, Mougins and their markets.
The popular beaches of Cannes and Théoule are at 30 to 35 minutes driving distance. Antibes: 40 mns - Nice: 50 mns

Our stone built house is one of the most attractive and authentic houses in our area. It was entirely renovated 3 years ago to offer our guests the best comfort and experience. Thanks to its stone strucutre, the inside temperature is warm in winter and cool in summer. In addition, the rooms are equipped with air conditioning (1) or quality ceiling fans (2)
