The House:We loved the deck/hot tub, maybe the best feature!The layout of the house was comfortable for our group (3 couples and 2 preteens). Everyone had a bed. Keep in mind that one bedroom is on the main floor and bedding is a Murphy bed. This might not work for everyone, but was ok for us. Parking was a little confusing-the listing notes that one car will have “garage” parking, which is really on street parking.Location:This VRBO is in a great location if you’d like to be central and in a walkable neighborhood.The Host:The host promptly responded to questions and communicated with us to make sure we were comfortable. Comfort: Unfortunately, the weather was very hot for San Diego…we were so glad for ac, but the portable units had a hard time keeping up with the heat especially in the master bedroom upstairs. Cleanliness: It seemed the cleaning crew may have been a bit hasty in cleaning, as the house needed a vacuum when we arrived. The host offered to send a crew over after we checked in, which we appreciated!
