Welcome to The Pearl, the front unit of our beautifully renovated triplex. Everything inside is brand new — furnishings, appliances, and décor — making this space super clean, ultra-modern, and comfortable. Perfect for a couples’ retreat or solo escape.
Located right next to the Nir Family YMCA, guests can grab a day pass, walk to the Y, and enjoy Wilmington’s best fitness facility, recently rebuilt with a pools, hot tub, sauna, weight room, cardio equipment, spin bikes, and group classes. The Pearl is also just a quick drive to Wallace Park and Port City Java. Indochine Restaurant, Whole Foods, and several cafés and breweries are nearby, while downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk are less than 5 minutes by car. Wrightsville Beach is under 15 minutes away when you’re ready for sun and surf.
Guests have one private parking spot, plus extra spots on the lot next door as needed.
