The host was very nice and communicative. House was clean and close to our desired destinations. Only minor setback was one of the closets was missing a door handle, but that is an easy fix that I'm sure will be addressed now that they are aware. Will stay again if we have another family gathering in Tallahassee.

We stay at a lot of rental properties. This one was nice. The cosmetic aspect could be a little updated but besides that it was good. We did stay a week and ran out of toilet paper on day 4 so I think the longer you stay the more they should give you access to. Overall it was a good experience

The pictures do not reflect the current condition of this home. Generally worn all over, soiled sofa, paint missing, tub very old/moldy areas/ no carpets anywhere, door knob missing, not very good screen door safety protection, broken pots, weeds on window screens, tvs too small for distance sitting from sofa/bed. Hot water was great.VERY run down neighborhood. Long dark hairs on BOTH fitted sheets ( snagged in the synthetic fibers. Floors clean but stickyKilled a roach in home while there
