This serene property features a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath main house and a well appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bath casita, making it ideal for families, friends, or multi-generational groups. Being at the end of the street, you'll enjoy privacy—all just a 5-minute walk to the beach!
The property features: 3BR/2BA Main House (king w/ensuite, king, full/full bunk and full trundle) + Casita downstairs queen with ensuite and kitchenette, upstairs two queens with ensuite and kitchenette (sleeps up to 14).
Outdoors: private pool (heated upon request), tiki bar with grill & gas fire pit perfect for s’mores or warming up on cool nights. There is also an area for cornhole.
Location – <5 minute Walk to the Beach! The property is at the end of street bordered by wetlands to the north and across the street providing more private gatherings. The private gated neighborhood beach access is less than 5 minutes away. We provide a beach dolly with ballon tires to make bringing your cooler, chairs, and other beach items seamless. There are 7 parking spaces available on the property.
The property is dog friendly! We welcome your family members for a nominal additional fee.

We are the last house on the end of the street providing more parking and privacy than other options. Our house setup allows for multiple families or generations to come enjoy the beautiful beach together. The pool, bar with grill and firepit area allow for a space to bring the whole group together.
