Michael and Demetria, along with their guests, stayed at the property from 12/22 to 12/27. They requested an early check-in, which was granted at no additional cost.
On the last day, after they had already checked out, they claimed that the house was full of bugs and requested a refund for this reason. During their entire stay, no complaints were made regarding this issue.
I requested photos and evidence to support their claim; however, no proof was provided. Please note that the property’s pest control service is up to date.
Immediately after their departure, we conducted a full inspection of the property, and no insects or pests were found. On the same day, the property welcomed new guests through another platform, who provided only positive feedback, both at check-in and check-out.
It is clear that this claim does not reflect the facts and was made in an attempt to obtain an unjustified refund. Serious allegations like this require evidence, which neither Michael nor Demetria provided.
