About this property

Town & Country Cottage. Located in the heart of Intercourse, Pa.

The home is located in the heart of Intercourse Pa. and Amish country. You can walk to Kitchen Kettle Village, it has cute shops, homemade goods, and restaurants. Furniture and quilt shops are within walking distance, as well as Stoltzfus meats. Our cottage overlooks Amish country & is the perfect place to watch the sunset. Many Amish buggy's go by through the day. Many popular attractions minutes away.

The Town & Country Cottage consists of 4 bedrooms hosting 1 king sized bed, 2 queen beds, & 1 double bed. There are 2 full baths & a washer/dryer combo. Please keep in mind that there is a 40 gallon hot water heater which provides enough hot water for 2 showers before you need to wait 30 minutes for it to refill. The kitchen has all you need to cook your own meals & a coffee bar for brewing coffee or tea. The living room overlooks the backyard & is outfitted with a large comfy couch & tv. Finished basement with bedroom. WIFI service. The back porch has chairs for relaxing & enjoying the evening.

We are sorry but we have a strict no pet policy out of respect of future guests.

We provide linens and bath towels, starter set of toilet paper, roll of paper towels, and napkins. Please remember to bring anything else you should need during your stay. Thank you.

You will have the entire home to yourself, The backyard & driveway will be yours to use exclusively. WIFI is available.

Annual girls trip

All in all really good experience. Place was super cute. However, the beds were very low and not very comfortable. Also the storm door didn’t latch properly from the outside and we had to place something against the door to prevent it from blowing open and possibly breaking the glass . Location was excellent!

This is an amazing property. The location is perfect. The house is comfortable and spacious. The outdoor seating is wonderful. It’s perfect for a girlfriend weekend or a family vacation. It’s so much more comfortable than hotel rooms. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

This house is literally just across the street from Kitchen Kettle and you can walk to everything in the little village of Intercourse. The house was spotless, the beds were comfortable and the view of the Amish buggies going by was awesome. Lovely home and location.

Fabulous location; cozy home

Our family of four stayed here for four nights and had a wonderful time. The home was clean and well-supplied, with a large, super-comfy sofa and an inviting back patio. The location could not have been better. We were literally one block from Kitchen Kettle Village, so each morning my sons walked to the local coffee shop there to do their schoolwork. We hope to stay here again. Such a treat.

Perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay. The outside is unassuming but when you walk through the door it is a pleasant surprise. Everything is updated beautifully. Very neat and clean and decorated nicely. We felt comfortable and relaxed while there and enjoyed our morning coffee on the back patio looking at the beautiful scenery. Thank you for a relaxing and enjoyable time.
