Stockholm archipelago villa with easy city access

Located in the fantastic Stockholm Archipelago but with easy access to the City of Stockholm, our villa has all the comforts you will ever need. From the many outside terraces and gazebo you can realax have a drink or cook dinner on the BBQ with a sea view. A short walk down from the house you will find a small sandy beach and some cliffs from where you can go for a swim. The area is very tranquil and relaxing, and there are several beaches and a mini-golf course close by. The larger golf courses are only 10 - 15 minutes away.

The house has seven beds in four bedrooms. Two large double rooms, a single (120 cm wide bed, plus a guest house with a double bed. The large open kitchen has a rustic table that seats ten people. From the livingroom two double doors give easy access to the terrace from where you can enjoy the evening sun. There are two bathrooms, a library and a laundry room with washer and dryer as well.

From our house in Lervik there are three optional ways to travel to downtown Stockholm and all its cultural attractions. The slow (but nicest) way is catching the passenger ferry from Lervik landing 400 meters from the house. The cruise to Stockholm will take approx 1,5 hours and will hget you right in the center. What a beautiful and relaxing way to enter the city! From Österskär or Åkersberga, approx 10 minutes away by car, you can catch the commuter train to Stockholm. It leaves 4-5 times every hour and takes between 30-40 minutes, depending on time of the day. The third way is by car which takes about 35-45 minutes to the city.
