Welcome to our modern design two storey town house close to the heart of Busselton. Just meters from the beautiful white sands of Geographe bay, and 5 to 10 minutes walk to the town center and the famous Busselton Jetty.
This is the ideal spot for a relaxing family holiday, or romantic or action packed weekend getaway - the choice really is yours.
Busselton is a friendly community, that is small enough to feel you have escaped the city, and yet large enough that all of your needs are more than catered for. And to top it off Busselton has the most beautiful pristine beaches, which make up Geographe Bay.There is 4WD access to the beach in some areas and small boats can be launched from the beach boat ramps.
Most of the year it is calm, which makes it safe for children. Activities include, fishing, crabbing, snorkeling and sailing. If you're lucky you'll also be able to see the playful dolphins swimming off the shore.
The ground floor consists of a large open plan kitchen, living and dining area, including sliding glass doors which open out to the outdoor alfresco area, artificial lawn and landscaped back yard.
Also on the bottom floor is the master bedroom, which contains a queen size bed, two bedside tables and a large floor to ceiling mirrored robe. The bedroom windows are also floor to ceiling and let in a gorgeous breeze in the evening. The master bedroom also has a adjoining en-suite, and separate toilet for downstairs use. The separate laundry is also downstairs.
Upstairs consists of two bedrooms, the first with a queen size bed, the other containing two king size single bunk beds (so four beds in the one room). Both rooms contain built in robes. There is also an adjoining bathroom with bath, and separate toilet.
All bedrooms are carpeted, and the main living areas are a modern floorboard lookalike (vinyl) surface.
All pets must be pre-approved (no cats or birds allowed).Non shedding approved breeds over 2 years only allowed inside.

Location great. A few maintenance issues.

Great location. A couple of maintenance issues, lock box opens with any code, upstairs toilet the button gets stuck and the water can run for hours, vacuum cleaner (even after cleaning filter) still wouldn’t suck up dirt , terrible smell under sink and hot plates cupboards.

Nice property in great location

Very nice property in a great location. Few minor repairs needed (bunk bed ladder rung). Suggest securing tall boy brawlers to wall for child safety.

A lovely house

We stayed here for 3 nights with two small children and it suited us perfectly. The place was clean, had a good layout and was close to the beach and town. The deposit did take a while to come back but eventually arrived. Host was very prompt with communication. Thank you.

A very short stay, but pleasant.

Easy access to the property. It was easy to walk in to town. Only one issue was the noisy airconditioner. The TV had to be turned up really loud for us to be able to hear it. Then we noticed the gas heater and used that which worked very well.

Great location in West Busselton

The house has plenty of room. Nice to have enclosed backyard and remote garage. A few little maintenance items that Davinia was prompt to address when advised. A fairly well-resourced home. We enjoyed our stay.

Busselton townhouse

Great location, very comfy and clean, good set up. Couldn't get Video working properly, didn't appear to have proper connections. Still waiting 2 weeks later for security deposit to be refunded. Didnt realise it was in a block of townhouses but it was very spacious anyway.

fantastic stay in Bussleton

very well set up modern holiday house with room to move and also a great area for our dog. Bed was a bit on the firm side perhaps a bed toppper would help but must admit got used to it. very clean, no stale smells at all. it was great having the washing machine and outside clothes line, meant not endless washing when we got home. Bussleton is so close to so many tourist aGood location not far from the beach and shops.ttractions and in itself a lovely tourist friendly town. We had a great stay and can definitely recommend this accomodation.

Well presented and excellent location. We had to restart the Hot Water Unit upon arrival but other than that there were no issues. Great idea having bikes , kayaks and sporting equipment provided.

Great!

We loved the place, air conditioned in most rooms. The bikes and kayaks were a highlight. Unfortunately we couldn't use two of the bikes because we couldn't inflate the tyres, but we still took tje othet two bikes out. Our stay as comfortable and relaxing. Very close proximity to the beach. Also very quick response in our query about internet access. Thankyou very much for the holiday :)

Home away from home close to beach and town

Good communication, large house and garden, good facilities, 2 minutes walk from beach and nice walk along the beach into town. Great for dogs with dog proof garden. Beds a bit too firm and no lock on downstairs toilet but apart from that we had a fantastic stay.

Great location

Great location with an easy walk to the beach and very helpful property manager who responded promptly to all enquiries. A couple of doors were a little rattly in the wind and there was a loud drip when it rained but that's probably just me. I would not hesitate to rebook.
