Walkable to the beating heart of Busselton lives Busseltonia, a charming vintage home. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms makes this home perfect for festival goers and travellers looking for the local vibe. This lovely 1920's home offers two charming queen bedrooms and two single beds in adjoining rooms. Not suitable for families. Ideal for couples and event participants with close proximity to the foreshore. LEAVERS WEEK BOOKINGS NOT TAKEN. In the cooler months, enjoy the slow-combustion wood fire using our supplied local wood and banksia nuts that we gather from the bush. Busseltonia offers secure fencing, a large park opposite the house and pretty gardens to enjoy outdoor entertaining.
No vacate cleans are undertaken on weekends due to the high cost of cleaning fees. No entry available on a Sunday if we have weekend tenants. The owner reserves the right to consult with the tenant and modify an Instant Booking. Entry and departure times to the property are strictly as follows unless otherwise advised by the owner. Late departure can be arranged, providing no change-over of tenants occur on the same day. Departure - 10 am. Arrival - 3 pm. Minimum stay requirements cannot be reduced. Please avoid making contact with cleaning staff to avoid disrupting their schedule.
The home is owned by a Perth family who uses it frequently for their escape from the city. We hope you enjoy BUSSELTONIA and the surrounding areas as much as we do.
ALL BED LINEN AND TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED FOR ALL BEDS.
Doonas and pillows are supplied with all beds. Queen beds have a firm mattress with Muscle Mat toppers. It's like sleeping on a cloud! Two comfortable single beds in seperate but adjoining rooms featuring a privacy curtain.
The Pantry The dresser pantry has tea, coffee, and sugar supplies. Condiments, vegemite, honey etc available for guest use. We also supply a Nespresso Pod machine with coffee pods. Feel free to use any condiments from the pantry. Large Woolworths & Coles supermarkets are two blocks away and are open 7 days a week. Fully equipped kitchen.
We highly recommend the following cafes for good coffee and food in Busselton.

Standard Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation
Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.
The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However, the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
To maintain a good standard for our guests, we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate that most tenants will respect our property, but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
The number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly, this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs, etc. Use, contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.
Damage, Breakages, Theft, and Loss are the tenants' responsibility during their stay. Please advise owners of any significant damage.
Departure - the property should be left in a clean and tidy condition as you found it. The cleaner issues a Property Report on entry with photos. If the property requires extra cleaning beyond the normal time frame of three hours, then extra cleaning charges apply and will be deducted from your Bond. Any damage to the property, internal or external will also be deducted from the Bond. Please always advise owners as an Insurance claim against Vrbo Insurance may apply. Check-out time is 10 am at the latest, to allow time to prepare the property for the next guests unless arrangements have been made with the owner for a later check-out. Please enquire. We are happy to arrange a later check-out if we do not have guests checking in the same day.
Disturbance to neighbours, including loud conversation and loud music noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond. The City of Busselton has passed new regulations in 2022 regarding short stay accommodation. You will be fined accordingly if neighbours complain.

Cosy home with character. We're local, chose to stay here for 2 nights with friends visiting from overseas for the location and the Australian heritage feel of the home, as well as being beautifully decorated and modern.

What makes this property unique
With high ceilings, wooden floorboards, character doors and windows, this lovely little home has much character and charm. We have decorated in an eclectic style of vintage and modern with interesting prints and a great range of books on the bookshelf. The slow combustion wood heater will keep you cosy in winter and three reverse cycle air conditioning units, cool in the summer. FREE Internet (500) connection available. INTERNET KEY CODE CAN BE FOUND ON THE PIN BOARD. Also on Stayz house site info. House info in a blue folder on the table. Netflix, Stan, Apple TV, SBS On Demand and ABC iView are all available on the 55" smart TV. Ensure you bring your account information with you to access your personal account. Pretty gardens at the front and back complement the house. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of condiments in the solid jarrah dresser, designed and made by Greg Collins in the 1970's, a former master furniture maker/craftsman from Margaret River. Roses and veggies/herbs from the garden can be picked for your use. Nespresso Essenza Coffee Pod machine for your use. The close proximity of the beachfront and the township makes for very easy access to all the facilities that will make your holiday relaxing and fun. PLEASE NOTE. Due to high cost of cleaning fees on weekends, no vacate cleans will be conducted on weekends. Any bookings starting on a weekend will be subject to the house being vacate cleaned, and ready for occupation. Owner reserves the right to advise the tenant and modify dates, if necessary, on the Instant Booking platform.
