Two Story condo with mudroom entry for skis and boards, a fully stocked kitchen, half bath, laundry, and a welcoming living room with Electric fireplace and sleeper sofa. Upstairs you’ll find a private bedroom and full bath. Guests enjoy Shamrock’s many amenities including tennis court, bike wash, covered picnic shelter, basketball hoop, children’s playground, hammock, firepit, and easy access to Snowshoe’s famous Western Territory for epic skiing, biking, hiking, and year-round adventures. Wi-Fi.
First Floor Features a Beautifully Styled Living room with sofa bed , Kitchen, laundry and Half Bath.
Second Floor Features the Bed room with Queen size bed and Full Bath.
- One Dog is permitted weight limit 50lbs., $125 non-refundable pet fee is required when reservation is made.
- Ski/Bike In and Out access is available but could be weather dependent during the winter months.
- Dedicated high-speed Internet inside the condo (City Net)
