Adorable cottage- felt like we were in a cute little tree house :). Location was amazing- just a block from beach/restaurants/shops & about 10 min walk to the music venue at the golf resort- which is why we were there. Super clean, tons of charm. Very quiet & safe neighborhood. My only suggestions for the host would be an extra blanket or 2- got chilly at night, and the outside patio area was great but the chairs/table were covered in tree droppings/sap- maybe have your crew tidy that before visitors arrive? We still thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again!

Nice stay. Very old, kind of funky cottage among other cottages. What we liked: location!- short walk to beach and restaurants, trees and bushes surrounding cottage, pet-friendly, comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, A/C was actually not loud- though we didn't really need it.Things that were not as good: old mini-fridge not 100%, only 1 comfortable chair (limited space), shower is very small, price is a little high for such an old place that is held together but not maintained with care. Location mostly makes-up for all that though, depending on one's needs.

The host was helpful and welcoming. The cottage is quaint with a rustic vibe. Awesome location....walking distance from the beach and all the restaurants but far enough to keep things quiet.Downside was the heater/ac unit was on the loud side.Overall it's a great unit and location.

Great location, close to the Promenade and the water. There's no ocean view since it's behind another unit. It's great for 1 or 2 people. It includes all the basics - pots, pans, plates, glasses, etc. and a few K-cups for the Keurig. The shady patio out back would be ideal for summer. Also nice that it includes a parking space since parking can be a challenge during the warmer months. Host was responsive and provided everything needed.
