Overall, we were pleased with the rental home. Prior to arrival, we were expecting the home to be in a bit of a nicer neighborhood given the nightly rental price. We didn’t feel unsafe by any means and the rental itself was pretty nice, but the surrounding left us a bit disappointed.Inside the home, everything was nice and felt welcoming. The primary issue was the bathtub drain being clogged. We were standing in 2-3” of dirty water by the time we finished showering. We did let our point of contact know about that issue, so hopefully it was resolved before the home was rented again. Recommendation to owner would be to proactively check for those types of potential issues, and mitigate them, prior to someone renting.

What makes this property unique
My home is unique because it is over 100 years old and remodeling it was quite fun. The high ceilings, large rooms, barn doors and style gives it a southern charm that is hard to find!
