The home is a short, easy walk to a park, local shops, restaurants, supermarkets, a weekend farmers market, a local brewery once featured on the food network channel and miles of biking and hiking trails. The world class shopping and dining mecca of Walnut Creek is a short 10 minute drive. As is Mt Diablo State Park and Boundary Oaks Golf Course. With easy access to the freeway, San Francisco is about a 40 minute drive and the Napa Valley is about an hour drive from the home.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The large master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, cable tv and tivo, loads of closet and storage space. The sparkling ensuite bathroom has granite countertops, double sinks, a large jetted tub and a separate shower. The remaining two bedrooms upstairs are both furnished with comfortable full size beds and have plenty of closet space. Each room has a roll out bed to accommodate an extra guest if required. The 2nd bathroom upstairs has a granite countertop, double sinks and a shower over the tub. There is a pack’n’play crib for infants & toddlers.

The large private backyard is a fully landscaped leafy oasis. It has a great solar heated pool enclosed within secure fencing. There is a lovely gazebo with lots of seating to relax in and enjoy the view. The back yard also has a nice lawn and paved areas to enjoy.
