This stylish 3 bedroom apartment has undoubtedly one of the best North facing positions on the Cowes foreshore. With stunning views overlooking Cowes jetty and French island beyond, it is centrally located amongst Cowes Cafes, restaurants and shopping precinct with a lovely bay beach directly across the road. The apartment features an open plan living/dining and kitchen area, with modern, floating timber floors and opens onto a large North facing, sunny deck.

The master bedroom has its own private deck and features an ensuite with spa bath and WIR. It also features a further two bedrooms with BIRs, a second bathroom with shower and bath, separate laundry (with washing machine and dryer) and a powder room.

The huge balcony has a gas BBQ and outdoor seating for 8, under cover secure parking, lift access to the apartment, heating and cooling with separate heaters in the bedrooms, wall mounted flame effect fire in living area, large 55" flat screen TV's in the living room and Master Bedroom with DVD players for your enjoyment.

Step out the front door and stroll to shops and restaurants. Cook up a storm on the BBQ, while relaxing and enjoying the water views. Wheelchair access to the property.

Relax and enjoy a family BBQ on your own balcony while overlooking the Beach.

Also enjoy a dip in the INDOOR POOL or a SPA, which is heated in the school holidays only.

The moment we viewed this property we knew it was the one for us. The apartment is located directly opposite the Cowes Foreshore with stunning views of the beach below and out towards the Mornington Peninsula and French Island.

Looking to escape for a weekend? Wanting somewhere to stay over Easter, School Holidays, Christmas or the during the V8 Super Cars or Super Bikes at Phillip Island? Then check out our new holiday rental in Cowes that will be available from Easter 2018.

The apartment has had a face-lift with new carpets in all the bedrooms, a new colour scheme throughout with fresh paint, new large TV’s in the living room and master bedroom and updated appliances for the kitchen, Wi-Fi and Netflix.
