Elegant Cozy Country Getaway or Long Stay

Location
Located on our 100-acre working family farm (no farm animals- just crops) tucked away on a private hilltop yet just 10 minutes from Hwy 400, our space offers a peaceful retreat while keeping you close to everything you need.

✨The Space
The Suite is an open-concept space attached to our farm house but with its own separate entrance—completely private from the rest of the house. It’s separated by a two-locked door system, ensuring the privacy you’re seeking in this beautiful country setting. Check out our guest reviews to see why others love it!

Enjoy stunning views of our garden, crops, bush and our Country Cabin through the huge windows or close them for complete privacy. The suite features an incredibly comfy Eurotop King Bed with beautiful country views.

🍳 Kitchen
The full kitchen is equipped with European high-end, compact appliances perfectly sized for the suite and two guests. You’ll find everything you need, including a fridge with freezer compartment, combined convection and microwave oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, large sink, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig, kettle, and bar sink, along with pots, pans, and all the essentials for cooking.

Cooking with Induction
Please note that the induction stovetop heats up extremely fast, so be mindful to avoid burning your food. Also, induction cookware must be placed directly on the element for it to activate—otherwise, the burners will not heat up.

Dishwasher Instructions
Load the dishwasher with dirty dishes, then:
1. Turn on the power (inside the left side of the door).
2. Place a dishwasher pod inside.
3. Select your preferred cycle.
4. Close the door, and the cycle should start automatically in about 10-15 seconds.
If it doesn’t start or you need assistance, please reach out to us—we’re happy to help! 😊

🎬 Entertainment
Relax with a 55” 4K Samsung Smart TV, featuring free access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, AppleTV+, Spotify, internet, and over-the-air broadcast TV. Enjoy the convenience of Apple TV (AirPlay) and iOS/Android casting, along with access to our own TV and video library via PLEX.

🛁 The Washroom
The washroom exudes luxury with a grand 40” full-height shower featuring a rain head, an elegant Toto toilet, and a beautiful quartz vanity with a lighted mirror. It also offers full laundry facilities with a built-in washer/dryer combo unit, perfect for both short getaways and long stays.

❄️ Heating & Cooling
The suite is equipped with a ductless split system that provides both heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort. Additionally, the radiators and towel warmer ensure a cozy, comfortable stay during colder months.

📅 Looking for a Long-Term Stay?
We offer long-term stays of a week, a month, or more, but please note that they are only available seasonally from November to May. During our busy events season from May to October, long-term stays are not available. Send us an inquiry for the dates you’re interested in, and we’ll be happy to assist you!

🌿 Outdoor Space
There are two patio areas in the backyard: one for the suite and one for us as hosts. The Suite’s patio is in view of our Country Cabin and features a 4-person bar-height table and chairs, shaded by a large pergola, plus 2 Muskoka chairs around the rustic propane fire pit, perfect for cooler evenings. The suite also has its own propane BBQ for outdoor cooking. While the backyard is shared, we do our best to ensure you have plenty of privacy and space for a peaceful stay. Be sure to check out the pictures!

🌿 Sustainable Design & Rustic Charm
In keeping with our property’s “green” ethos, we’ve embraced rustic chic with features made from reclaimed materials. The barn board walls were repurposed from our barn renovation project, and the authentic barn board sliding door for the bathroom adds to the charm. The barn board feature wall, and bathroom door are both crafted from wood sourced right here on our property, blending sustainability with timeless style.

🐾 Pets
We’re happy to welcome your pets! Please let us know about your pets as part of your booking request and add them to your reservation. A $40 pet cleaning fee will be added to your booking.

We kindly ask that your pets do not get on the bed or furniture to help keep the space clean for everyone. Additionally, we ask that you clean up after your dogs.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding! 😊

🌱 Green Facts
Our property is proud to be eco-friendly and sustainable! We feature 60 KW of solar electricity generation, which supplies green energy to the grid.

These projects utilize a variety of strategies and products that significantly reduce our carbon footprint and energy usage, helping us create a more sustainable environment for everyone.

🏞️ Note
