This condo is in an absolutely perfect spot. You can walk to the beach, Florabama, and a handful of restaurants without ever getting in the car. And the place looks exactly like the photos. Super clean, beautifully decorated. Honestly my dream beach house.We did run into two hiccups, but the owner really did try to jump on both as quickly as possible. On our first day, the A/C wouldn’t cool below 80, no matter what we did. We ended up escaping to cooler air at Florabama for a bit, and while we were gone the HVAC tech swapped the filter and suddenly everything worked great. My husband did sweat through a few hours of college football before that fix though.The second issue happened late after dinner, after the HVAC guy left, our door code stopped working. I had to call VRBO, but they were able to reach the owner (it was 11pm, so I’m sure they were asleep) and we got back in without too much drama.Overall, even with those bumps, the location and the condo itself were fantastic. I'd love to book again for this winter.
