Welcome to Lakehouse Landing.

Lakehouse Landing is a clean, comfortable, peaceful and spacious villa where it is easy to relax and unwind with family and friends. It is situated on a very quiet cul-de-sac, and looks out over a conservation area and lake. The villa is professionally cleaned and sanitized prior to each stay.

Wake up to a cup of tea or coffee and enjoy your morning outside by the pool while looking out at the water. Enjoy fantastic days in the pool, wonderful sunsets over the lake and evening swims.

• Fantastic extended pool area overlooking water, on a large lot for extra privacy.
• Removable kids safety pool fence
• High Speed internet, Wi-Fi, and a desk for writing or for your laptop.
• Non slip tiled floor through majority of house.
• There is a full size kitchen and laundry facilities, with everything you will need to make this a home away from home.
• No fighting for the bathroom, with 3 Master ensuites, in the 4 bathroom house.
• Flat screen TV in every bedroom. All TV’s have Spectrum Cable TV and a variety of Apps to use with your accounts such as Disney+, HULU, Netflix, etc.
• Free long distance in USA and Canada.
• Air Conditioning.

• There are 2 seating areas, one being the family room with flat screen TV with patio doors leading to the pool deck. The second seating area is a quiet den with comfortable sofa for just relaxing and reading.
• Park style charcoal BBQ Grill
• 8' slate bed pool table

• 75+ DVDs
• Pack n' play, high chair, umbrella stroller
• Our property management team live in the same subdivision and are able to provide immediate response to guest emergencies, and the ability to handle any issues quickly and efficiently.

• Minutes from entertainment parks, restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores, theatres and outlet shopping.
• Orange Tree is located just 8 miles from DISNEY main gates
• There is also, free for your use, a tennis court, pickleball court, a 5 acre playing field, soccer pitch and two children's playgrounds (tot lot). There is a lake where you can fish, and a beautiful conservation area, making Orange Tree a very desirable place to stay.

This is a really nice house in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and in good condition. We did identify a couple of items that needed attention but the maintenance person made sure we were taken care of. Would stay here again

The pool and spa was great for the kids and adults too, the location was convenient for the main Disney Parks, it was good to have the washing machine and dryer and access to cable TV fir the kids was really useful, the home had good WIFI coverage. During our stay we contacted the host and their response was timely and helpful.

Very comfortable villa, beds and sofas very comfortable. Outside table and chairs could do with replacing and attention to details needed such as pool cues with no tips, gaffer tape around kitchen sink tap, and coffee machine and ice maker need a deep clean. However the area is very quiet and met all our needs.

Family vacation

We enjoyed staying at this house for a week. We used it as a base camp while exploring Florida. Having an abundance of rooms and a pool made our stay enjoyable. Would recommend staying again. The quiet neighborhood was a definite plus.

Overall, the location locally in the neighbourhood and within the Orlando area is perfect. The villa is in great condition and beautifully overlooks one of the lakes in a quiet cul-de-sac.My entire family lived this place and would happily return. :)

House had everything we needed and more. Lots of room and loved the spacious pool area as well. Our guests loved having their own bathrooms for several bedrooms. Kitchen totally stocked And very nice cookware. We would definitely book this house again

Great stay!!

This home was perfect for our group! We loved the pool and hot tub and spent every morning in it. It was in a quiet location that was not too long of a trip to the parks. We were traveling with 4 teens and everyone had enough space to take a break from each other while also having things to do together.

The villa was as shown stunning place for privacy but within close proximity for super markets e.t.c.Rob and Laurie the hosts wee very helpful with all the correspondence i can not fault any part.the house was fully equipt with all the mod cons you need for a stay with no needs and the internet was fantastic.we all felt safe and secure especially with having a young family alarmed and fully locked.I give you my word you would not be disappointed in renting this villa i would certainly recommend and return hear at a heartbeat.Steve and Family

Everything was great - 5 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms works out perfectly. The only drawback is that the large “L” shaped couch is well worn (springs are weak). Lots of plates, utensils and pots and pans. We’ll worth the stay

Amazing Stay!

Beautiful place to stay. Very spacious. Very clean. The shower in the master bathroom was probably the best shower I’ve ever had….water pressure was fantastic!! Can’t say enough good things about this house. Will definitely stay here again when we come back.
