This is the perfect spot for your family`s next adventure to Nashville. We have plenty of space inside & outside, fun and memorable decor throughout the homes, comfortable furnishings, and a huge fully-equipped kitchen with plenty of seating. Everyone will be able to spread out and enjoy themselves, and you`re just minutes from all the action. Highland Yards right across the street has a multitude of options for coffee, shopping, and food. No car need. Plenty of Uber & Lyfts available. We are also walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, a brewery and shopping. Two separate homes, right next to each other. You will have both all to yourself. Private garage parking available. We do not provide propane for the gas fireplace, but you can purchase at the grocery store down the street.



**PLEASE NOTE: this townhome is next to an active train track, some noise from the train is to be expected. Do not leave children outside unattended in this area. We provide sound machines for light sleepers. Also, this home has a lot of stairs in it.



This property requires a refundable damage deposit (assuming no damage) prior to your stay. This will be collected by the host directly, separate of this platform.

I loved the place. It was very peaceful and relaxing in the area, but the only thing is maybe the train that comes around every so often and that’s actually not that bad at all. I used to stay in the area on Meridian St, about 2 blocks away, I could hear it from there, but not it’s actually not that bad. The roof top was amazing. Nice place to enjoy each others company. I would definitely recommend the spot to anyone. The host responded in an ample amount of time and made sure I was situated for my time there.

We were five different families, a total of 19 adults and kids, and this rental was wonderful! I was the last car of our group to arrive, and as I pulled up to the condos one of the teens who had already been there came out to tell the teens in my car -- "This place is unbelievable!" With VRBOs you usually get a good experience -- but I've had some issues over the years --- so when I realized he meant it in a good way, I relaxed and enjoyed our stay immensely. The host is VERY responsive to messaging, and the homes are described very accurately -- I would reiterate they are new and beautiful and there is a ton of space to spread out as well as gather together as a large group. It was such a great experience and I highly recommend staying here -- if you have a large group, this is much more preferable than staying at a hotel and trying to connect with one another. I do recommend noise machines to drown out the train (the train is.....noticeable at night) but the host was very conscientious to let us know ahead of time and we all knew what to expect. We also left something behind, when we left, and when we realized it and reached out, our host was on it, doing her best to re-connect with us so we could get it back. 5 stars, thanks for a great stay!
