Family-Friendly in the Heart of Town This spacious 3-bed, 2-bath home is in a safe and convenient neighborhood. The open floor plan includes a fully equipped kitchen. Relax in the cozy living space with free Wi-Fi, or take advantage of in-home laundry. Step outside to enjoy the fully enclosed backyard and covered patio—great for families and pets (please keep pets off furniture). Nearby: Airport – 10 minutes Bethel Church – 9 minutes Mercy Hospital – 11 minutes Shasta Regional – 8 minutes. Sleeping arrangements: one king bed, one queen bed, twin trundle, plus a newly added full (double) bed (photos coming soon!) Family extras: portable crib and pack ’n play provided. Bedrooms include fresh linens, extra blankets/pillows, and nightstands. Master bedroom features a desk for work or study. Cozy décor and clean, comfortable spaces for a relaxing stay. Note: The fireplace adds charm but is decorative only (non-operational).Guests have full access to the entire home, including: Garage and driveway parking. Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, Ninja grill, and more). Comfortable living room and dining area. Outdoor patio and fully enclosed backyard.
