Come experience the blend of luxury and upbeat creative fun in our industrial loft in the heart of downtown Kalamazoo + one free parking spot in our private parking lot, a true downtown luxury!

No stairs required with our new elevator that takes you directly to your loft! Our recently renovated loft offers an unforgettable downtown experience. You can easily walk to the best restaurants, breweries, and bars. If you prefer to drive, we've got you covered with one free parking spot in our private parking lot located right next to the building. Take a break and relax while enjoying a beer from the famous Bell's Brewery located just down the street. Restful sleep awaits you on our memory foam mattresses. Start your day with complimentary coffee, cream, and sugar from our coffee bar.

If you decide to stay in for the night, our bar, board games, Pacman, Shuffleboard table, and furnished balcony offer plenty of entertainment options. Once you arrive, we'll provide you with a Welcome Book that includes our favorite restaurants and activities in Kalamazoo.

While Kalamazoo has many famous breweries and restaurants, sometimes it's nice to enjoy a home- cooked meal. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you'll need to prepare a nice dinner for you and your family.

This was my second time renting a loft in this building, and both experiences were top-notch! Love the space to spread out, a large kitchen for gathering, and the games kept my teenagers entertained. The space was clean, the bathrooms felt luxurious, and the bed linens were nice. Mattresses were a little firm for my liking, but nothing that would stop me from returning. My favorite part was watching Bimbo's make pizzas from the bathroom window! The hosts were great at communicating, and the building is fully accessible. We entered and exited with ease.
