This recently remodeled 2-bedroom 2-bath second floor unit provides a large open-concept, vaulted ceiling living room/dining room with sleeper sofa that leads to the spacious lanai with sliding doors on the interior and exterior with screens. The updated kitchen allows for ample cabinet and counter space with an adjacent breakfast bar. Step through to the hallway with an in-unit full-size washer and dryer and full hallway bath. The guest room features two twin beds and a walk -in closet. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet and en suite bath with tile shower. All bathrooms and kitchen have granite counters and the unit has LVT throughout. Linens, cookware/dinnerware, towels provided. Tennis rackets, extra air mattresses, and beach chairs also included for use. Owner pays all utilities - electric, water, trash! Internet and a YouTube TV account provided as well. Association amenities include pool, hot tub, tennis/pickleball court, and clubhouse. All you need to do is move in and enjoy!



$100 Application Fee to HOA and $50 per person background check per HOA rules. $200 Cleaning Fee. 30-Day Minimum Lease.

No pets of any type. No smoking, vaping, or marijuana.

Utilities are paid. Electric, Water, Trash, Internet included. 30 Day Minimum. One covered parking spot, but may park two cars tandem. Copy of HOA rules will be provided.
