## Your Perfect Naples Beach Getaway

Welcome to Sandbank Cottage, a charming and family-friendly retreat just one mile from Vanderbilt Beach. Designed for comfort and ease, this coastal home offers a relaxing space to unwind and enjoy the best of Naples.

The bright, open-concept layout connects the living area, dining space, and fully stocked kitchen—perfect for gathering and relaxing. Step outside to your private backyard oasis featuring an 86-degree heated pool and screened lanai, ideal for morning coffee, afternoon swims, or quiet evenings.

The home comfortably accommodates families and small groups with a spacious primary suite (king bed and spa-style shower), a queen bedroom, and a twin XL room. Smart TVs, bikes, beach gear, and games are all included to make your stay easy and enjoyable.

Located in the desirable Vanderbilt Beach area, you’re minutes from the beach, Pelican Bay Park, Mercato shopping and dining, local cafes, grocery stores, and downtown Naples (5th Avenue and 3rd Street).

Two bikes and beach gear are provided, and the area is very bike-friendly with paths connecting beaches, parks, and shopping. Transportation options include Uber, trolley, and nearby rentals.

Guests have full private access to the home, pool, and all amenities. A local property manager will greet you upon arrival, and we are always available for support throughout your stay.

**Important Notes:**
No pets. No smoking or vaping. Street parking available where permitted. Please rinse beach gear before bringing it inside and notify us if the grill is used.

My husband and I stayed at Sandbank Cottage for one week. Another couple joined us for 3 nights. Our stay was exceptional. The property is extremely clean, attractive and well provisioned. Beds are very comfortable. You will find everything you need for the kitchen, bath & beach towels provided, laundry and bicycles. The check-in process was SO easy as the property manager walked us through the home pointing out all the amenities and answering all questions. I must point out the owners are fantastic. Normally you wouldn't have contact with the owners, however the cable for the TV was not working properly. The owners needed to come to the home (more than once) to meet with a technician in order to correct the problem. My husband and I were in and out and had no problem with this. They were incredibly apologetic, so friendly and completely worked around our schedule. They take good care of their property and it shows. We had no issues with noise from neighbors. The few that passed by were friendly and said hello. The bikes provided are a great way to see the area. We (4 of us) took a ride to the State Park (beach) and stopped for lunch at LaPlaya. Easy area to ride bikes. Otherwise you can drive to the beach easily and park. Our stay was delightful and we would recommend Sandbank Cottage.
