Soak in the Florida sunshine on the patio or the balcony (one off each bedroom), cool off in one of the two community pools only steps from the house, and curl up on the couch each evening to catch a movie on the large flatscreen TV. This home also offers an eat-in kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances - perfect for preparing a quick beach snack or a full homemade meal!
