Fully renovated 4 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms Sleeps 9 Heated Pool

This is a lovely well maintained family home. We have owned the home for 30 years and we take tremendous pride in the home. Two year old Heated Pool, day and night swimming. Fence for young children, if needed. The home has four comfortable bedrooms, two newly renovated bathrooms, first floor tub and shower, upstairs brand new large shower , new kitchen with all LG appliances, granite counter tops, very comfortable living room and of course a beautiful pool right outside your door. The home has split air conditioning in each room for the utmost comfort. There is a great outdoor shower and of course beach chairs and bikes. Please families only. No groups.

Fantastic location & beautifully appointed home!

Loved this stay so close to the ferry & shops/restaurants. Beautifully decorated & the pool & outdoor shower were perfect! Highly recommend it!

Wonderful End of Summer Stay

We had such a nice mid-week stay in Fire Island. The property was just as pictured and Marsha was very helpful with any questions we had. Loved the outdoor space in back and the cute porch was very relaxing! Thank You again!

Perfect beach home!

The house was adorable. It was well stocked with more than just the basic necessities. We appreciated the beach towels, variety of glassware (and plastic for outside!), beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, and, most of all, the tiki bar!! We had a great weekend staying here. It's perfectly located between the ferry dock and the beach. Marsha was a great communicator and the check-out process was a breeze. I highly recommend staying here.

All the comforts of home.. Great place!

Came out to Fire Island, on a rainy cold weekend, however it didn't matter when in this home. It was warm and inviting. There do have some baseboard heat, which took us one cold evening to realize, but lots of blankets did the trick. The beds were all quite comfy. The bathroom and kitchen are all updated. We were not able to enjoy the outside deck, complete with a tiki bar, outdoor shower, and lounge chairs, but it's a great backyard to chill in Fire Island. I couldn't think of anything that was missing from this home. It's actually nicer, than even the pics show. Thank you for the use of your lovely home.

Not Singing the Blues at this Fabulous House!

As a first timer to Fire Island, I wasn't sure what to expect. Not only was this house perfect for my group, but Marsha answered all my questions (no matter how small) in a timely manner. She was a wonderful host! The house itself is a perfect location, half way between town and the beach. The amenities were recently updated and the spacious deck is a wonderful addition for enjoying the beautiful weather! The house is stocked (linens, kitchen supply, shampoo, etc), so there is no need to bring any more supply than you would on a regular vacation. We felt right at home here and recommend the property to anyone looking for a weekend away -- especially the outdoor shower! Thank you Marsha!
