Stylish beach apartment

This property is located in Villas Wayak, a very nice complex. It has all the services you could need for a comfortable stay.
The apartment itself has a master bedroom with a king size bed, a walk in closet and bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and shares a full bathroom with a TV room with a full size sofa bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room, and a good size balcony. There is a full bathroom on the hallway. It is on the 2nd floor.
The complex is 26 kms. away from Progreso, where you can find supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, etc.
Villas Wayak consists in 16 villas and 40 apartments. There are 6 pools to enjoy, a gym, and you can get food service from the restaurant at the hotel next door.
