Ground Floor:<br>Arenella Beach — Nestled in a vast Mediterranean garden complete with a tennis court right by the sea and direct access to the beach, Villa Nilssen is divided into two independent apartments, both offering stunning views and white porticos framing the terraces.<br><br>Ground Floor:<br>A spacious apartment with a large living area overlooking the sea and a beautiful semi-porticoed terrace equipped with dining tables and lounge chairs. The 45-square-meter portico on the hillside is furnished with outdoor furniture, a table, a small sitting area, and a rocking chair.<br><br>There are 3 bedrooms: the master bedroom has two single beds pushed together as a double; the second, smaller bedroom has a bunk bed; and the third has a double bed. The main bathroom with a shower serves the first two rooms, while adjacent to the third room is a second small bathroom without a shower. A large 1960s-style kitchen equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, four-burner stove, and electric oven serves as the second entrance on the ground floor, accessible from the terrace overlooking the sea. The house also features a microwave and an outdoor BBQ.<br>There is also an outdoor shower.<br><br>A copy of the energy performance certificate can be provided upon request.<br>Guest access<br>The ground floor is accessed from the house’s parking area and from the gate on the small road running alongside the house.<br>The garden is available to all guests<br>Other things to keep in mind<br>What our guests say:<br>Excellent view of Giglio’s most beautiful bay: Arenella.<br>We spent a pleasant holiday at this agriturismo. The sea is within walking distance and can be reached from the park surrounding the villa. The beach and rocks at Arenella are perhaps the most beautiful on the island. The house is beautiful, clean, and equipped with everything you need. The highlight is definitely the terrace, perfect for sunbathing and reading a book, or the patio behind the house. The town of Porto del Giglio is just a few minutes’ drive away. The owners provided us with plenty of support, thanks to the on-site manager who gave us many helpful tips and, when there was a minor issue, immediately arranged for someone to come and fix it. A ping-pong table is available upon request. The villa is 100-150 metres from the beach. At Marco and Andrea’s on the beach, you can rent lounge chairs, sunbeds, umbrellas, pedal boats, and rowing boats. Antonello’s Bar/Restaurant serves hot and cold dishes from sunrise to sunset.<br>The two apartments can be rented either separately or together.<br>
