Bordering the Roosevelt National Forest and a short walk from Rocky Mountain National Park, Garland Alpine Lodge offers 5,000 square feet of luxury living over four levels all accessible by stairs or elevator.

The top floor (4th Floor) offers a 2-car garage, half bath, kitchen, dining, living room with fireplace, expansive deck and wet bar.

Descend to the 3rd Floor which offers another living area, large deck and two king bedrooms each with their own full bathroom.

Descend to the 2nd Floor which offers two more king bedrooms each with their own full bathrooms ensuite.

The 1st Floor offers a large living area with queen sleeper sectional sofa, fireplace, TV, Pool Table, desk, 3/4 bathroom and walkout to flagstone patio with hot tub offering panoramic mountain views. There is also a queen air mattress with its own frame for overflow sleeping in a pinch.

Garland's Alpine Lodge offers 5,000 square feet of space in which your family can spread out, get comfortable and build memories.
