It is composed from, 1 bedroom (Queen Bed – 2 people), 1 bedroom ( 2 single beds – 2 people), 1 living room ( 1 sofa bed – 1 person), 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen fully equipped. It is only 2 minutes away from Gavrio Port, where you can get everything you need, such as the local bakery, super market, pharmacy, shops, internet cafes, banks, travel agencies and lots of amazing restaurants, 5km from Saint Peter’s and golden beach ( the most happening beaches in Andros) and 9 km from Batsi the happening town.
Andros is an island that has enough tourism to be quite well organized, but not so much to become too commercialized. A fairly green island for the Cyclades, Andros offers some really nice beaches, pretty villages and a quiet, relaxed atmosphere. Although not a party island, the nightlife here is quite varied and those who love hiking, tracking, mountain biking, fishing and practicing different kind of sea activities will certainly be amazed. There are also old monasteries and the very famous Goulandri museum with art collections from all over the world.
Getting there: There is no airport on Andros, so you ‘ll have to fly to Athens and take the boat from Rafina (port). There are daily 3-4 ferries departing from Rafina to Andros. You can reach Rafina by taking the orange buses (KTEL) from Pedion Areos (2,10 euro), or from the Athens metro station “Ethniki Amyna” in Mesogeion street.
