This property has it all! It was obviously renovated and was incredibly clean inside. There were several little touches that made it obvious that this host actually cares about making your stay as nice as possible. I specifically had concerns about the hot tub cleanliness (from previous experiences elsewhere). They not only assured me that the hot tub was emptied and cleaned between each stay, they sent pictures to put my mind at ease. The location is really great as well, especially if you are booking activities through ACE Adventures. 10 minutes from Fayetteville shops and restaurants, 10 minutes from ACE, El Bandidos 1 mile up the road for a quick bite to eat or margarita, and off the main road far enough that you don't have a bunch of noisy traffic to deal with.I really do recommend this spot for your stay! Cheers!

Check in process was a little bumpy, but overall a great stay. There was an issue with a leak in one of the bedrooms due to the recent ice storm. The owner offered us another place but we chose to stay put. This is a nice place and our group had no major issues with it (other than the leak which was not the owner’s fault). Would definitely stay here again.
