BR1: (Sleep 3) The primary suite is a true sanctuary, featuring a luxurious king-sized bed and its own private bathroom for added privacy and convenience.

BR2 (Sleep 2)/ BR3 (Sleep 2) : The second and third bedrooms each offer Helix queen-sized beds, perfect for a restful night’s sleep.

BR4: (Sleep 5) The fourth bedroom is great for families or kids, with a set of bunk beds (full XL and Queen sized mattresses), plus a twin mattress trundle bed underneath for additional sleeping space.

KITCHEN:

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities and appliances you’ll need to host a memorable dinner for your group. It features modern appliances, including a spacious refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, making meal prep and cleanup a breeze. The countertops are stocked with all the cookware, utensils, and gadgets you could need—pots, pans, baking sheets, cutting boards, knives, and more. You’ll also find a complete set of dishes, glasses, flatware, and plastic dining sets for kids.

LIVING ROOM (Sleep 2):

The living room is the great space to relax and unwind with your group. It’s cozy and inviting, featuring large, comfy couches and a Queen sleeper sofa where everyone can kick back and enjoy quality time together. A 65" Smart TV takes center stage, ideal for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. For some added fun, there’s also a foosball table to challenge friends or family to a friendly game.

DEDICATED WORKSTATION: If you have those last minute emails to knock out, we got you covered with a dedicated work area.

GAME ROOM (Sleep 2):

The fully fenced backyard is your own private retreat, featuring a luxurious hot tub where you can soak and relax after a day of activities and a BBQ grill to enjoy evening meals.

PARKING:

Please note, there is no street parking available. Kindly ensure that all vehicles are parked within the driveway to avoid any inconvenience. Cars parked on the street, especially if they block the neighbor's access to their driveway, may be towed at your expense. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the area safe and accessible for everyone!
