When nothing sounds better than time well-spent in a place that perfectly pairs sun, sand, and entertainment, this North Mission Beach property is the ideal coastal escape. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features 1 king bedroom and a bunk room, offering a comfortable setup for families, friends, or solo travelers.
Inside, you'll find a relaxed beach-style layout designed for easy living and gathering after a day on the sand. Step outside to enjoy outdoor seating and a fire pit, perfect for unwinding in the coastal evening air. Beach essentials are provided, including towels, an umbrella, and 2 beach chairs to make your days by the ocean effortless. Additional conveniences include a washer/dryer, along with parking for 1 car in a garage space and 1 uncovered spot. Things to know: An active Ring surveillance camera is located at the front door, pointed outward for exterior monitoring. No A/C or heat, we will provide fans and heaters.

Vacation Rental Contract
You are booking with Casago San Diego, a professional local property management company. We require guests to complete our own “Vacation Rental Agreement” after they've made their booking. We do this to ensure quality and consistency for our guests and our homeowners.

Wonderful Place

We did not have internet or TV for 2 days. I'm not sure why the property manager waited almost one full day before calling tech support to come look at it. I was also told the company manger was going to call me about this but never did. The kitchen was not stocked at all. I have stayed in dozens of VRBOs and never once didn't have at least salt and pepper.

It’s incredibly frustrating to lose two days of your vacation to tech issues, and even more so when the communication from the management team doesn't meet the standard you've come to expect from so many other stays. A lack of basic kitchen essentials like salt and pepper only adds to that disappointment when you’re trying to settle in. Great beach location!

This was a perfect beach location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Even with Covid still active, there were several food places within a few minutes walk of the place. Great patio area to relax in, with wonderful sunsets! Would definitely stay here again!

This is the perfect location if you love the beach. Great food and shops within walking distance and 15-20 from pretty much anywhere in town. The condo was lovely and just as described. We would love to stay again.

Great spot for pre-teens/ family vacation. I loved the beach and water views and traffic of the boardwalk. Perfect place to take your kids because of the waking distance to all the fun stuff. Belmont Park is awesome with its rides, go- karts, escape room and Arcade. Perfect location and great views.

Beach Front Getaway

The unit is at a corner location with off street parking (a real bonus!). The living spaces are nice and comfortable and the patio has ample seating with a fire pit. The 2 bedrooms are set up more for a family and we had 2 couples so one room had cramped quarters. Overall nice place to stay.

This property is a perfect house for your family. Right on the beach and easy to get in and out of. Very clean when we got there and it was easy to get a hold of someone if you needed something. Overall a great experience. We will rent this house again for sure!

We love this place! The deck is spacious and private, which we loved. The fireplace allowed us to hang out outside and stay warm. Location couldn't be better - right on the boardwalk!! There was no coffee or tea, and very limited spices, but they did have beach chairs and boogie boards, which was a big plus. Overall a great spot and a super responsive owner.

The property is super nice and in an excellent location on the Mission Beach boardwalk. The property management team is excellent. We had a small issue and they responded quickly and resolved it immediately. We’ve decided to return next year.

Ocean Front

If you want to be where the beach action is, this is your place. The boardwalk is very lively with walkers, bicyclists etc. The ocean is within steps of the condo. Great for watching sunsets and dolphins. This condo is close to everything San Diego has to offer including Belmont Park, Sea World, the San Diego Zoo and Old Town. We had a great stay.
