The location of this home is ideal for younger people who are looking for the party scene. There are homeless rather close to the area and we are smack dab in the middle of the alley. The double garage and the outside one not working truly out a damper in the getting in and out process. And the outside gate was very difficult to get open. I do feel like someone was either coming into the unit while we were out and about because we noticed certain things being moved like the trash cans and the outside gate being locked when we reframed from locking it because it was so difficult to open. The house was super warm and stuffy and either the AC unit didn't work or was changed to limited usage. Opening the windows would of been great if there wasn't such loud noises from partying and drunk people in the alley and walk ways. We could reopen the blinds in the main bedroom and there was no remote for the master bedroom tv. Also the limited seating in the living room for families is also a bummer. We kept getting the run around in getting the clicker and or garage door fixed on a timely basis which was more of a hassle and damper on our whole vacation.

Very Close to Everything

This was a great place! We got to wake up with the sun shining on the deck and coffee in our hand. It was very close to the beach and anything else you might need. Tons of places to eat.

Great location

Well-located and nice place in a loud neighborhood

Located blocks from the beach and restaurants. Nice and well-maintained property. Bring ear plugs-- the property is near loud nightlife, particularly on weekends.

Trip to Pacific Beach

What a great property! The location alone is 5 stars. Add the updates to the house, cleanliness, and management company to make it the perfect rental. A front patio was being installed during our stay which will make the property even better.

Great location! Modern clean apartment!

This apartment was perfect for our three day stay in San Diego! The location was perfect - near shops, restaurants, and the beach. The unit is modern and extremely clean. Two very comfortable beds and a nice pullout. Great TV, stereo system, stocked kitchen and everything else you would need. I will definitely stay again during my next visit!!

modern clean and roomy

We loved the place , enough room for the five of us, it was clean and roomy we had everything we needed and being just blocks from the beach was the best! The only downfall was the atm machine across the street ..that echoed through the rooms,other than that we had a great family vacation. Our place was centrally located to walk to all! I would stay there again!

2 Bedroom - on Felspar SD

This was a great 2 Bedroom just 2 blocks off the beach and within walking distance to many great resturants and shops. The listing description was accurate in all aspects, plus the managers provided up to-date information for checking in and out. Everything was clean and well-maintained.

The house is really nice and very close to the beach bars and restaurants

Everything was really great except when we arrived the pull out couch was half way pulled out and a sign on it saying that it was broken and would not fit back into the couch so we were unable to use the couch to comfortably watch tv or relax in the living room area.

a wonderful stay

The property is beautifully arranged and maintained. It is so handy to all things Pacific Beach. We were able to host some great evening meals for our sons - the kitchen has what we needed. External noise was not an issue. Beds are comfy. My wife and I would not hesitate to stay again.

Relaxing by the Ocean in style

Loved staying at this apartment, which is a very short walk to the pacific ocean. It's clearly recently renovated, in a retro style and is light and spacious. Such a relief to have clean and newly fresh bathrooms, often a bug bear. Kitchen is well stocked and spacious. Easy reach of shops and amenities - would highly recommend it - we'll be back!!

Very clean and reliable.

Very clean and comfortable. Excellent location, with the exception of the street and bus noise from bus stop across the road. Not so great if you are a very light sleeper or can't stand street noise.

Nice place, lovely location near the beach.

The house itself was very nice--good layout, comfortable, well appointed. Being a couple blocks from the beach and shops made it very convenient. The only drawback (and why four stars instead of five) is the late night noise. There is a popular, new nightclub facing the bedroom windows. Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights are party nights in PB, so it gets noisy after midnight.

Very clean, conveniently located, and comfortable.

Two of our three nights were extremely noisy. There are clubs nearby, and laughing and yelling at all hours, so it was difficult to sleep, but maybe it isn't so bad when it isn't spring break. Bring earplugs! We loved the bicycles. Thank you!
