Just a short walk to Moonlight Beach and close to downtown Encinitas and Leucadia dining. Includes central A/C, washer/dryer, WiFi, streaming access, and a detached 3-car garage. Just a note that the upstairs master bedroom doesn't have a door so you can hear all the noise from downstairs and the living room needs new drapes to replace ones broken by previous renters.

Great property. View from the back deck of both the main level and the master bedroom was unbelievable. House was immaculate. Kitchen was large and well stocked. We love being back on Neptune Avenue. There is no door between the master bedroom and the stairwell to the main living area and thus it could get a bit loud. We had a couple of issues with appliances, which were quickly addressed by the management company. I could probably have done with one less letter from the management company before we arrived and one less email or text with departure instructions, but understand the rational for all these electronic communications. Would certainly stay here again.

When you pay a premium to be on the beach with an incredible view, you would expect the blinds that obstruct that view to actually work. Also, not disclosing that the large patio umbrella was broken and not operational was extremely difficult to manage the sun. Unacceptable at this price point.

Amazing views in luxurious home

Beautiful house with excellent amenities. This was a multigenerational girls trip and was the perfect setup. Very relaxing and everything was easy. Exactly what we needed. The home has high end finishes and furnishings and the pictures don’t do it justice. Would love to stay here again.

The property and house is beautiful. I really appreciated the comfy beds , and the linens were fragrance free. Most homes are drenched with fragrance from linens being washed with highly scented products. The size of the house was great for our needs. On the unfortunate side, the water turned off completely at the house inexplicably about 7 PM one of the days . My husband contacted mgt. After an hour of not hearing anything back, he decided to call the city and see if he could figure out the problem . I unfortunately had to tell our guestS that we would have to be leaving in the morning if this problem was not resolved , because how can five people use bathrooms and showers or anything with ZERO WATER . How about flushing toilets ? Not gonna happen . Can you imagine how disgusting that would be for the cleaners to have to handle ? We did not hear back from staff AT ALL until my husband contacted them about 11 AM THE FOLLOWING DAY . He called to state his frustration at the lack of any attempt to contact us. There was no apology , but more of a happy wording exercise to send the conversation in circles and to suggest a misunderstanding . The fact is, they had no idea that we got the water turned back on ourselves and they were asking my husband how he accomplished that with the city employee. They asked for the city employees number which we gave them . Unfortunately, I won't re-book this home although I loved the home . Disappointed about that .
