Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Host cancelled an hour before check-in, didnt tell us why, and refused to communicate further, leaving my family with no where to go on extremely short notice. Very unprofessional and unsafe. Do not stay here unless you want the host to pull the rug out from under you.

Unfortunately, the guest booked the unit at the last minute, and despite our efforts, we were unable to accommodate her. She was given notice within a reasonable timeframe and was not charged. We understand that she was very eager for a positive experience, but despite our best intentions, we couldn't meet her expectations. It seemed that her dissatisfaction persisted even after the notice period. We're glad to have avoided further complications and hope she found a suitable alternative.
