This property is in a great location! Very short walk from the beach. It was a great stay for our group of 7. It was unusually hot for the time we visited so the lack of AC was noticeable, but most houses in the area don’t have it. There were plenty of linens, both for the home and the beach and the parking was convenient. Sharing a normal sized garage is much better than having your own very tiny one that is hard to get in and out of. Communication was clear and prompt and so were directions with using the property. There were a few things not available like oven mitts but it didn’t bother us enough to ask about it. Overall think this is a good Newport pick!
