Siesta Key has been named America's #1 beach time and time again. Experience fun in the sun like never before at this two-story townhome style condo located just a few hundred feet from the private access beach. Towards the front of the community guests have access to a heated pool and bathrooms.

Walking up to the unit you will walk past an outdoor patio with a patio dining set. Enter through the front door and find yourself in the living room of this updated unit. Plenty of seating with an almost wall to wall sofa set across from a flat screen TV. Moving towards the rear of the unit you will pass a laundry room with washer/dryer and a full bath. The eat-in kitchen is equipped with a 4-piece stainless steel appliance set among other small kitchen appliances and stocked with many cooking utensils. A door at the rear of the building from the kitchen allows for access to rear parking and community charcoal grills.

Back inside and up the stairs are where two bedrooms are located along with two additional bathrooms. The master bedrooms is spacious and furnished with a king-size bedroom set and TV with ensuite bathrooms. The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen size-bed and a twin-size bed.

Minimum Reservation Requirements: 1 week minimum reservation required in most cases must be Saturday to Saturday.

I am very satisfied with this location! The house was decently clean and was close to the beach. There are many great restaurants around the area with plenty of supermarkets nearby. The only issue I had with this location was the lack of a large bowl for salads and a limited amount of cups. Other than that, I highly recommend this location!

the place was clean and obviously recently repaired and refurbished. a couple of comments , not complaints. the kitchen had plenty of dishes, glasses and silverware. what was lacking was more cooking vessels like a roasting pan or dish, mixing bowl or salad bowl type of thing. the newly installed cabinets having no knobs or handles made it a pain to open. finally on kitchen a garbage disposal and a coffee maker with a shut off timer may be good for a rental property.being 71yrs I wasnt born with a smart phone or streaming service . instructions for the new tech tvs and washing machine would be a help. these are meant as suggestions as i realize having a rental means things can dissappear. we enjoyed the place .one final frustration comment ... instructions on locking the door. finally figured it out. thanks.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean and provided all the necessities. It was nice to have beach umbrellas, sand toys, cooler, beach chairs and beach towels provided. Having a washer/dryer was super convenient!

Nice Condo

Condo was nice, needs some updates as the closet upstairs is broken and held on with duct tape, pillows are very flat and need updated, and carpets could be cleaned. Overall would recommend as we spent very little time in condo.

Thank you for the feedback! The closet door was recently broken and has been completely repaired. The two small pieces of tape were only a temporary fix until the replacement piece arrived. The carpet and couch are routinely cleaned by a professional upholstery company, and were also recently serviced by the company. With a pool and a beach only steps away, I would agree there is little time to be spent in the condo. Thank you for the 5 star review!

Clean & Convenient

We are frequent visitors to Siesta Beach House rentals. This is one of the best. Three bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, very comfortable King bed in main bedroom. Showers worked great. Place was immaculate. Read about kitchen cabinet doors peeling in one review, we thought it added to the Beach look. The in-house Washer & Dryer is a major +. We will be back in Sept.

Disappointing

The pictures on line were better than what we experienced in person. This unit needs is a coat of paint in quite a few areas, clean carpet, better towels and linens, and to show how tiny the laundry room really is.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was dirty. Bottles left behind bureau in master bedroom, bedspreads old and dirty looking, utensils dirty, furniture outdated, rugs dirty, shower upstairs hot & cold on backwards. Thank you for the feedback! I do not believe it is fair to rate the cleanliness of this beautiful condo a one because you found a bottle behind a piece of furniture. The condo is professionally cleaned after every guest checks out, and then checked by me. I apologize for not discovering the bottle behind the piece of furniture and removing it prior to your arrival. The dishes are not professionally cleaned and this is stated in the rental contract. We can not guarantee the dishes will be spotless, but we do our best to clean the dishes after every guest checks out. The condo is equipped with a brand new stainless steel dishwasher. At no time did the guest report any of these issues during their stay to our walk in office, phone, email, or smart phone app. If our guest encounter any issues whatsoever, we encourage them to contact us at anytime so that we may rectify the matter as quickly as possible.

Everything you need in a beach vacation

This unit at Siesta Beach House is clean, comfortable, and has all the appliances in working order. It also has an in-unit washer and dryer which not all of the other units at this complex has. The entirety of the Siesta Beach House complex has direct beach access, convenient parking, and a heated community pool. It doesn’t have ocean views or high end furnitures & decor… but my family spends all of our time at the beach anyways. Really, this place has everything we need. This was our second vacation at this particular unit, and we’ve stayed at another unit at Siesta Beach House as well. We’ve had a great time every time. Highly recommended.

Location Location Location

If you want a near perfect location and private beach access this is a great place. I have stayed in several of these and they are about similar. This one had a nice bedroom and lots of storage . I would stay again . I will say they had to come 3 times to fix shower leaking into laundry room downstairs and I don’t think it was ever fixed . When we left it was still leaking . We could have gotten a cheaper unit but paid extra for this bath upstairs so quite disappointed. ( and toilet leaked upstairs ) Carpet was loose at top of stairs and could be a hazard. A few holes that were patched and one hole in living room that was not fixed but we ignored it . It was not cluttered and clean . Don’t forget to bring trash bags dish soap , dish washer stuff and extra TP only one roll per bath no extra but they all are like that . So overall it’s all about location here and it has 2 baths upstairs so for couples traveling together that’s a plus ( as long as you can use it )

Thanks for staying. The issues have been addressed at the unit. Yes, there are patched holes in the wall behind the recliner in the living room . Unfortunately I will need to remove this electric reclining chair as it has become apparent that the majority of guests do not know how to use a recliner properly. "All of our properties are individually owned and furnished to the likes of the owner. Owner shall provide towels, linens, cups, knives, forks, spoons, dishes and other items as common use. Please care for these items as if they were your own. Consumable items are not provided. Toilet paper (one roll in each bathroom provided at check-in), soap, dish detergent, laundry soap, cleaning supplies, shampoos, paper towels and napkins, garbage bags (one provided), and other consumables are to be purchased by the Tenant. If consumables exist at the premises upon arrival, you are free to use them. No reimbursement will be made for unused consumables left at the premises. Please refer to the property's amenities list for all available items. "

Check in process was me. New appliances in new furniture in living room I discovered roaches immediately. Notified the property manager and he came over and put some chemicals down and some traps to treat the area. The carpeting going up the steps is completely trashed and needs to be replaced. It appears as if they are in the process of renovating and all the appliances in the kitchen appear to be new. If they would replace the carpeting and get rid of the bugs, I would definitely stay there again. Easy walk to beach and good location to get to and from dinner spots.

Property is very convenient to beach. Needs painting and new carpet. Squeaky floors in master bedroom. Baths needed to be cleaned better around where granite hits walls. Need master shower scrubbed for mold around edges.

Guests are encouraged, if mentioning cleaning of the property, to go off of their experience regarding cleanliness of the unit when they arrive, not after staying for 1 month. If guests do not clean the shower during an extended month long stay, then yes, there will be mold in the shower. We have the option to request additional cleanings during any length of stay.

Needs a deep clean and updating.

The location and access to the beach was great. The property needs a really good cleaning. New furniture boxes were in the living room with furniture waiting to be put together, several spots of chipped paint, towel rack in master bath was very loose, and anchors on the top of the stairwell handle was pulled out of the wall very unsafe for my little ones that use the the hand rail to get down the steps. Overall it was not cleaned very well!!

Smell

When we checked into our condo, the combination to get in was incorrect. Once we finally got in, there was an AWFUL smell. We opened closets to find where it was coming from, only to Find old fish bait left in the closet. When we asked the property manager what he could do, he sent out a building inspector who Basically said too bad here’s a can of febreeze. Then while putting clothes away, we found an actual human tooth in the night stand drawer. The condo was much smaller in person than it was displayed online and the owner did nothing about our situation. Would not stay again or ever recommend this condo.

Thank you for the feedback! The unit was cleaned by a professional cleaning company who did not report any odors in the unit. The unit was then inspected by a property manager who also did not detect any odors. When the guest reported the issue with the smell, I immediately responded to the unit in person within minutes. I also did not detect any odors in the unit. The guest was extremely aggressive and used vulgar language repeatedly in front of small children. The guest presented a Wal-Mart bag and claimed the smell was coming from the Wal-Mart bag they had found in the closet next to fishing poles. I sniffed the bag and its contents and did not detect any orders whatsoever emanating from the bag. The Wal-Mart bag contained brand new, never used, weights and hooks still in packaging for fishing. There was no old fish bait in the bag or in the unit. The previous guest was contacted, and they stated they did not do any fishing, and that they also did not detect any odors in the unit during their stay. The human tooth allegedly found in the night stand drawer was a piece of a sea shell, and not an actual human tooth.

Perfect location!!!

This property is in the perfect location. We had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The only problems we had was that apparently the carpets and couch were cleaned the day of our arrival and were still very wet. However, we loved knowing we had clean carpets and couch! Also, there were some dirty dishes in the cupboard. Our overall experience was very good and we would recommend this property!!!
