Thank you for taking the time to leave such detailed feedback. We truly appreciate it, and we're sorry your stay didn't begin the way it should have. The condition of the pool when you arrived was absolutely not acceptable. As soon as you notified us, we immediately contacted our pool technician to have it addressed. Unfortunately, during one of the busiest weeks of the summer, our technician was already committed to other emergency calls and wasn't able to arrive until the following morning. We understand how frustrating it was to lose the first part of your vacation waiting for the pool to be cleaned, and we sincerely apologize. You're also right that we should have followed up after the service was completed to ensure everything met your expectations. We appreciate you pointing that out, and it's something we're reinforcing with our team. Regarding the windows, outdoor bar area, ants, Wi-Fi, and TV remotes, thank you for bringing those to our attention. July is our busiest month of the year, and while that's never an excuse, it does mean that occasionally details get missed. We've shared your comments with our cleaning and maintenance teams so these items receive additional attention moving forward. We're glad to hear that despite these issues, you still enjoyed the home, the location, and the pool once it was cleaned.
