Light filled single level 4 bedroom beach house

Our clean and comfortable home is a great place for a bit of rest and relaxation. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on a single level it's perfect for families or small groups.

Our couches have large removable futon cushions if you need an extra bed or two for kids, just ask us and we can help you sort that out. Clean bedding, sheets, pillows and towels are included.

The open plan lounge, dining and kitchen is light-filled and set up for relaxing with lounge chairs, fireplace and split system air conditioning. The inside dining table seats 6 and you can add a few more by grabbing the stools dotted around the house.

The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooktop, electric oven, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, blender, soda stream, filtered water tap, dishwasher and all of the appliances you could possibly need. There is enough cutlery, crockery, baking trays and platters to cook whatever you like.

The second lounge area has a built-in daybed, large flat screen Samsung television with Xbox, DVD player, books, Netflix and Apple TV access, puzzles, games and toys. Wifi is available throughout the house.

There is a fully equipped laundry with washing machine, dryer, vacuum and all of the soaps and cleaning products.

The two bathrooms both have toilets and showers, the ensuite from the master bedroom has a spa bath.

The whole yard is safe and fully fenced with plenty of room for kids to play and a trampoline, climbing frame and sandpit to keep them entertained. The back deck is perfect for sun lounging and outdoor dining with rustic table, benches, stools, Weber barbecue, market umbrellas, bean bags and pallet lounge style lounge.

Let us know if you would like to use boards, beach tubs, sand play toys and bikes and we will leave them out for you. There is enough room to park three cars off the street in the driveway, one on the grass out the front and more room up the street.

Our family home is located in a quiet court away from main roads and through traffic. Barwon Heads is a small town and most things can be reached within a 15 minute walk.

-Main street, cafes, ATMs, shops and supermarket 1.5km
-River beach and park area 1.5km
-'Pirate Park' large park with flying fox, Moonah reserve and ovals 600m
-Small kids park 100m
-River fishing area 600m

There is parking at the river beach, supermarket, main street and foreshore areas too if you would like to drive.

An hourly bus also operates over Summer and travels from Barwon Heads to Ocean Grove and stops at any of the beaches in between.

If you would like to bring your pet please get in touch with us. Pets can stay outside and please pick up any poo before you go :)
